A composite of Mineral wool and WB barrier. The introduction of this acoustic insulation material dramatically reduced the airborne noise emanating from the engine room of the 30m SunSeeker yacht, improving the experience of both passengers and crew aboard the yacht.
PUNF Foam was recommended by WSBL Ltd, for its excellent absorption properties, for this project to eliminate unwanted airborne noise generated between stages at the BBC studios.

ASTEX Acoustic Absorber Panels to Bespoke Design. WSBL Astex ceiling panels for the school hall and associated areas. Panels were wood frame with melamine foam insert and covered with Cara fabric. The results were quite remarkable as children running about in a school gym can be very distracting.
ASTEX Wall absorbers to bespoke design. This charming restored Regency theatre was opened in 1819 and is one of eight Grade 1 listed Theatres in England. WSBL was tasked to provide Acoustic Insulation panels on the back wall with an expensive wool fabric to match the luxurious red colours of the theatre. Every single panel was slightly different and often out of square.
PUNF® Foam & Melamine/Barrier laminates. Backstage area lined with PUNF foam sheet to ensure there was not any sound generated from back stage to disturb the performers.
Lamella cut mineral wool laminates and PUNF was recommended by WSBL, for its excellent absorption properties, for this project to eliminate unwanted internal and external airborne.

Dedpan vibration control pads were fitted to the metal atrium roofing to control to elevated rain noise.
WSBL supplied Melinex Foil faced 50mm PUNF Acoustic Foam with Self-adhesive backing to line air conditioning large diameter ducting in the Centre Court at Wimbledon, to be used when the roof was closed against weather.
ASTEX Wall Panel Absorbers to bespoke design. Acoustic Lagging for the engine compartment, the lagging which lined the compartment comprised lamella cut Rockwool laminated to 10Kg/sq.m Revac Barrier.
Wil-Lag original duct lagging was used within the media city heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC) to reduce the impact of airborne noise experienced throughout the residential, retail and workspace areas of the facility.
